Data Deletion Instructions
Visitors UAP provides a direct process for revoking Google access and requesting deletion of data associated with the application.
Revoke Google Access
- Open your Google Account permissions page.
- Find Visitors UAP or the connected Google OAuth application.
- Select remove or revoke access.
Revoking access prevents the application from using future Google or YouTube API permissions granted by that account.
Request Deletion
To request deletion of data held by Visitors UAP, email info@visitorsuap.com. Include the Google account email address used for authorisation, the Visitors UAP workflow involved and a clear request to delete application data associated with that account.
Response Timeframe
Visitors UAP aims to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, legal or operational reasons.
