Visitors UAP Terms of Service
These terms describe permitted use of Visitors UAP, archive content, brand material and YouTube API-related administration features.
Permitted Use
Visitors UAP may be used for lawful research, viewing, reporting and educational purposes. Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful material.
Ownership and Source Material
Visitors UAP content, design, branding, interfaces and original editorial material are owned by or licensed to Visitors UAP or Atlanisa. Third-party footage, government records, linked media, public archive material and source references remain subject to their original ownership, licences and source terms.
YouTube API Services
Visitors UAP uses YouTube API Services for authorised administrator workflows, including uploading and managing videos on the official Visitors UAP YouTube channel. Where YouTube API Services apply, users and administrators also accept the YouTube Terms of Service.
Availability and Disclaimers
Visitors UAP is provided on an as-available basis. The platform may change, pause or become unavailable without notice. Visitors UAP does not warrant that all records, links, media, metadata or third-party sources will be uninterrupted, complete or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Visitors UAP and Atlanisa are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on third-party source material or temporary service unavailability.
